These are not an ordinary rat in our house, these if a farm rat. It usually cooked it like adobong daga Other people think that rat are yuckness but once you taste adobong daga, its like a chicken meat and I'm sure you enjoy it.

Dayold Chick

This chick comes from chicken egg that hatch on day one. The chick removed from its shell and fried in hot oil until it becomes orange color. Filipinos eat dayold with vinegar.

Balot and Penoy comes from duck eggs from 16-18 days old. They boiled it from hot water. Filipinos eat balot and penoy with vinegar and salt.
