BETAMAX/ INIHAW NA DUGO








Dugo is came from pig blood or chicken blood. Filipino boiled then sliced in and cut into small cubes then put it in barbeque stick and grilled it. It cost 3-5 pesos only and very affordable for student like me.

ISAW





ISAW came from intestine of chicken or pig. It is one of the popular street foods in the Philippines. You need to clean it inside and out and put it in a bamboo stick and grill it. Add vinegar sauce or sweet sauce.

SUSONG PAPA/ PHILIPPINE SNAILS

Farm snails or "kuhol" are cooked with coconut milk (ginataang suso). Other Filipinos are cooked it with ginger and tomato. It's difficult to eat because it needs to zip the shell to get it. The taste are really good and chewy like bubble gum.
